Keep your HVAC techs busy in shoulder months.
Maintenance agreements run themselves - renewals bill the card on file, members get reminded and book their own tune-ups, and nobody in the office keeps a spreadsheet. Spend time on your craft, not paperwork.

Manual renewals = lost jobs.
Renewal method matters. Auto-charged card-on-file converts at 80-95%, while check/invoice/phone convert at 40-50%. On 300 agreements at ~$225 industry average, that's roughly $20k/year lost.
In-person renewal is ugly too: homeowners push back and not renew when a tech surprises them with a $300 ask at the door during a "prepaid" visit.
What will work:
- Auto-renewal & billing - the card on file is charged automatically on renewal day. No invoices, no phone tag, no awkward ask at the door.
- Heads-up before every charge - your subscriber gets a friendly notification before the card is charged, so there's never a surprise on the statement.
- Failed charge flagged and notified immediately - we retry, chase expired cards, and alert your office, so you work a short exception list instead of chasing 300 renewals by hand.
Stop calling 300 homes every spring.
Let auto reminders fill your shoulder season.
Each spring and fall, someone has to phone/email every subscriber to book visits they already paid for. "We'll call you for your tune-up" is a promise the office can rarely keep.

Check if and when customers get tune-ups at a glance.
Whether each customer got their 2 maintenance visits this year, and when - plus their renewal date, tier, and equipment. A member calls in, you pull it up in seconds - membership status, visits done vs. owed, last visit date, and what the tech needs on the truck.
Capture equipment in the field.
Plans aren't attached to a house - a maintenance plan is attached to a specific unit of equipment. The right filter size, warranty status, which system the plan actually covers: it all hangs off a nameplate in an attic or crawlspace that only your tech ever sees.
Your tech snaps a photo of the nameplate during the visit - model, serial, and filter sizes. Next season, the right filter is on the truck.

FAQ
How does the free trial work?
Sign up, enter your plans and customer list, and you're live. Import tools and onboarding help are included - if you track agreements in a sheet today, the free tracking spreadsheet is already in the import layout. For 14 days you get full access, no card required. If it's not for you, you walk away and owe nothing.
I already use Jobber / Housecall Pro. Does this replace it?
No - it works alongside it. Your scheduling, invoicing, and dispatch stay exactly where they are. We own the one thing those tools don't: the agreement ledger. Visits booked through our reminders are written into your existing schedule, tagged so you always know what came from us. The details are in how Deepsel runs beside Jobber and beside Housecall Pro.
What if a member's card fails or expires?
We retry automatically, request updated cards, and email or text the member - and if it still doesn't clear, it's flagged on one screen for your office. Nothing lapses silently, and nobody keeps benefits they've stopped paying for without you knowing.
Will my customers get spammed?
No. Members get a short, polite reminder when their prepaid visit is bookable, a follow-up if they don't respond, and a heads-up before any charge. You approve the wording and the schedule before anything goes out - they're your customers, in your voice.
Do I have to learn new software?
No. The dashboard is there if you want it, and setup takes minutes. Your office sees one screen: who's due, who's booked, who's flagged. Make any change you need right from the app.
