Jobber pricing 2026: how much Jobber costs per month, what's gated, and the one thing no plan includes

  • Prices below are Jobber's standing list prices. Jobber runs intro promotions on and off (a "save up to 40%" offer ran through August 31, 2026 and was gone when I re-checked on September 2); your first bills may be lower, then step up to these numbers.
  • I build Deepsel, a maintenance-agreement tool that works alongside Jobber. That's relevant to exactly one section of this page, and it's labeled.

Jobber pricing, verified September 2, 2026: Core is $29/mo billed annually ($49 month to month) for one user. Connect starts at $99/mo annual, Grow at $149/mo, Plus at $399/mo, each priced by team-size band up to 15 users, with extra users at $29/mo each and custom pricing past 15. Card processing adds 2.9% + 30¢ per online payment.

How much does Jobber cost per month?

Between $29 and $529 a month on annual billing, or $49 to $699 month to month, depending on plan and team size. Jobber's monthly cost by plan, at the smallest team size each plan sells:1

Plan Starts at, billed annually Starts at, month to month Users included Best for
Core $29/mo $49/mo 1 A solo operator who needs quotes, jobs and invoices
Connect $99/mo $139/mo 1 (bands up to 5, 10, 15) 2-3 trucks: automated reminders, online booking, QuickBooks sync
Grow $149/mo $199/mo 1 (bands up to 5, 10, 15) Shops selling bigger installs: optional line items, markups, job costing
Plus $399/mo $499/mo 5 (bands up to 10, 15) 4+ trucks: every feature, Marketing Tools included, premium support

Extra users are $29/mo each on any plan. Over 15 users is custom pricing. Plus is sold through sales ("Contact Sales") rather than the self-serve signup the other three use. All prices USD before sales tax.1

Every Jobber plan and price

Jobber prices by team-size band: 1 user, up to 5, up to 10, or up to 15. The first number in each cell is the annual prepaid rate (shown per month); the second is month to month with no commitment. A third option (monthly billing with a 12-month commitment) lands between the two; it's listed in the next section.

Plan 1 user Up to 5 users Up to 10 users Up to 15 users
Core $29 / $49 n/a n/a n/a
Connect $99 / $139 $149 / $199 $229 / $299 $299 / $399
Grow $149 / $199 $229 / $299 $299 / $399 $399 / $499
Plus n/a $399 / $499 $449 / $599 $529 / $699

Core is one user only. Plus starts at the 5-user band. Over 15 users on any plan is "let's chat" custom pricing.1

The three ways to pay

  • Annual, prepaid. The cheapest rate. Billed for the full year up front, auto-renews, and the payment is non-refundable if you cancel mid-term. You keep access to the end of the year you paid for.2
  • Monthly, 1-year commitment. Between the two rates: Core $39 · Connect $119 / $169 / $259 / $339 · Grow $169 / $259 / $349 / $429 · Plus $439 / $499 / $599 by ascending band. Billed monthly, but cancelling doesn't stop the bills; you're on the hook for the full 12 months.2
  • Monthly, no commitment. The highest rate. Cancel any time and billing stops at the end of the current month.2

About the big advertised discounts: Jobber runs intro offers on and off. When I first verified this page on August 31 the banner read "save up to 40%, offer ends Aug 31," which cut Grow for one user from $199 to $140/mo for the first 3 months. On September 2 the banner was gone and the page showed list prices with the standing "save up to 25% with annual billing" note. The promo window, when there is one, is 3 months on monthly billing or the first year on annual, and then you pay the list prices above. Budget on list.1

Extra users: $29/mo each

Every plan card on the pricing page now carries the same line: "A user is anyone who accesses your account at the office or in the field to view or manage the team's schedule. Add users for $29/mo each."1 That softens the band lines. A 6-user shop on Connect pays the 5-user band plus $29, so $178/mo on annual billing rather than the $229 10-user band. The math flips at the 8th user: 5-band plus three extras is $236 on Connect, and the 10-user band is $229. Same break-even on Grow ($316 vs $299) and Plus ($486 vs $449). Below 8 users, add seats. At 8, move up a band.

What each plan is actually for

Core ($29-49/mo) is the solo plan: one user, unlimited quotes, jobs and invoices. Jobber's own help center flags what's missing: no optional line items on quotes, and no "on my way" text messages.3 Fine for a one-person operation that wants professional paperwork; you'll feel the ceiling the first time you hire.

Connect ($99-299/mo) is Jobber's self-described most popular plan, and it's the one most 1-4-truck shops should price first. This is the tier built around automations (automated texts and emails, online booking, QuickBooks sync, automatic payments on a saved card) and it covers up to 5 users at the $149-199 level. That fits a 3-truck shop with an office manager. Onboarding is 2 sessions of up to 2 hours.1, 4

Grow ($149-399/mo) adds the sales layer: Grow-specific quoting features like optional add-ons and markups on quotes, plus job costing, two-way SMS and custom workflow automations. The 14-day free trial runs on Grow, so you'll trial features you may not be buying. Check the plan comparison before you pick. Onboarding is 3 sessions of up to 3 hours.1, 2, 5

Plus ($399-529/mo) is everything Jobber makes: all features, Marketing Tools included rather than as a paid add-on, premium support with its own phone line, unlimited onboarding (Jobber lists it at a $599 value), and an API tour with Jobber's developer team. You can't self-serve into it; the card says Contact Sales.1, 6

What fees does Jobber charge beyond the subscription?

The plan price is the line everyone searches for. These are the lines that show up on the bill:

  • Card processing. 2.9% + 30¢ when a client pays online through client hub, 2.7% + 30¢ when you tap a card in person with the Jobber card reader. The pricing page shows the same rates in all four plan columns; the help center notes your rate is tied to your plan, so confirm it on your own Jobber Payments settings page once you're signed up.1, 10
  • Bank payments (ACH). 1%, US only. Cheapest way to get paid on a big install.1
  • Instant payouts. An extra 1% to get funds to a debit card in minutes instead of the standard two business days. Available from Core up.1, 3
  • Extra users. $29/mo each beyond your band, on every plan.1
  • Add-ons. Receptionist (an AI answering service, 100 conversations a month included), Sales Pipeline, and Marketing Suite (Campaigns, Reviews, Referrals, Job Showcase, Social Posting, Marketing Plan). None carries a public price; Marketing Tools come bundled on Plus; the website builder is included on every plan at no charge. Add-ons can't be turned on during the trial.1, 11
  • Sales tax where applicable, on top of the plan price.1
  • Commitment terms. Annual prepay is non-refundable mid-term, and the monthly 1-year option keeps billing for the full 12 months after you cancel.2

Is the Jobber app free?

The app itself, yes. "Jobber Field Service Software" is listed as Free on the Apple App Store (published by Octopusapp Inc, Jobber's corporate name) and it ships with every plan; the pricing page lists the iOS and Android apps under features included across the board.1, 9 What you pay for is the login. Jobber defines a user as anyone who accesses the account at the office or in the field, and the Grow help article spells it out: "a user is anyone who needs to log into jobber.com or through the mobile app."5 So the Jobber app cost for a tech is your plan's seat price: nothing extra inside your band, $29/mo per user beyond it.

The real total cost (worked example: 3-truck HVAC shop)

The subscription is the smaller half of what a card-heavy shop pays Jobber. Here's the honest math for a 3-truck shop (3 techs plus an office manager, so 4 users, the "up to 5" band) doing $700k a year with 60% of it collected by card online:

  • Subscription: Connect at $149/mo annual = $1,788/year. (Grow: $2,748/year.)
  • Card processing: $420,000 × 2.9% + 30¢ on ~1,400 invoices = about $12,600/year.1
  • Add-ons if you want them: Receptionist, Marketing Suite and the sales Pipeline are priced separately on every plan except Plus (where Marketing Tools are included). Jobber doesn't publish add-on prices, so get the quote before you budget.1, 11

Payment mix moves the real total more than the plan you pick. ACH bank payments cost 1% instead of 2.9% + 30¢; shift half that card volume to bank payments and you save roughly $4,000 a year, more than the entire Connect subscription. The band lines matter less than they used to now that every card lists extra users at $29/mo. A fifth tech takes this shop from $149 to $178 on Connect, and the jump to the 10-user band only pays off at 8 users.1

For a sense of how owners feel about that total: a cleaning-company owner on r/smallbusiness in July 2026 said they "got tired of Jobber/BookingKoala pricing" and asked whether "$300/mo is just the cost of doing business now."12 On the math above, $300 is a fair picture of Connect plus a normal month of processing for a 2-truck shop.

Which plan by truck count

  • 1 truck, working solo: Core if you only need quotes-jobs-invoices. Upgrade the day you want automated reminders or online booking; that's Connect at $99/mo annual.
  • 2-3 trucks: Connect, up-to-5 band, $149-199/mo. Add Grow only if you sell big installs and want option-laden quotes with markups.
  • 4 trucks and climbing: Grow's 5-user band plus $29 seats until you hit 8 users, then the 10-user band at $299/mo annual, or Plus if you want marketing and premium support bundled. This is also the size where contractors start pricing ServiceTitan. The practitioners' rule of thumb: don't switch under 4 vans and 300-500 maintenance agreements.7

How Jobber's cost compares with other field service software

Jobber's model (published prices, team-size bands, a cheap per-seat add-on) is one of five billing models in this market. One line each, with the full breakdown behind the link:

  • Housecall Pro publishes three tiers with a fixed number of users included and a per-user charge above that; the tier-by-tier costs are in the Housecall Pro pricing breakdown.
  • ServiceTitan is quote-only and priced per technician, with onboarding and a contract on top; what owners report paying is in ServiceTitan pricing.
  • Workiz keeps its paid tiers quote-only; the sourced ranges are in Workiz pricing.
  • FieldPulse is quote-only and priced per user; see FieldPulse pricing.
  • Service Fusion publishes flat tiers with unlimited users, so the band math on this page doesn't apply there; see Service Fusion pricing.
  • FieldEdge is quote-only, priced per user, with an implementation fee and a contract; see FieldEdge pricing.

The one thing no Jobber plan includes

Maintenance agreements. There is no membership object on any tier: no count of visits owed vs. delivered, no member-discount enforcement, no agreement renewal. Jobber has recurring jobs, and automatic payments on select plans,8 so shops build the accepted workaround (recurring job + client tag + a spreadsheet) and the feature request has sat open in Jobber's community for years.13 I wrote up the full workaround, and where it leaks, in how to run maintenance plans in Jobber.

This is the part I have a product in, so weigh it accordingly: Deepsel keeps the agreement ledger, charges renewals on a card on file, emails members a booking link each season (texts on Pro), and writes booked visits into Jobber as jobs. Jobber stays your system for customers, dispatch and invoicing. Connect for a 3-truck shop plus Deepsel is $228-308/mo all-in, against $750+/mo for the smallest ServiceTitan seat count that gets you a real membership module.7 Plans and the feature split are on our pricing page.

Frequently asked questions

How much is Jobber a month?

As of September 2, 2026: Core $29/mo billed annually or $49 month to month, one user. Connect $99-299/mo annual ($139-399 monthly) by team size. Grow $149-399/mo annual ($199-499 monthly). Plus $399-529/mo annual ($499-699 monthly), 5-user minimum. Extra users $29/mo each; over 15 users is custom.

How much is Jobber per year?

On annual prepaid billing: Core $348. Connect $1,188 (1 user) to $3,588 (15 users). Grow $1,788 to $4,788. Plus $4,788 to $6,348. Annual is billed up front, auto-renews, and is non-refundable mid-term.

Does Jobber charge per user?

Partly. Plans are priced by team-size band (1, up to 5, up to 10, up to 15), and every plan card lists extra users at $29/mo each. A 6-user Connect shop pays the 5-user band plus $29, not the 10-user band. The band jump pays for itself at the 8th user.

Is the Jobber app free?

The download is free on the App Store and Google Play and the app comes with every plan. You pay for the login, not the app: anyone who accesses the account, office or field, is a user, so the app cost is your seat price ($29/mo beyond your band).

What fees does Jobber charge?

Card processing (2.9% + 30¢ online, 2.7% + 30¢ on the card reader), 1% on ACH, +1% for instant payouts, $29/mo per extra user, sales tax where applicable, and quote-priced add-ons (Receptionist, Sales Pipeline, Marketing Suite). Annual prepay is non-refundable; the 1-year monthly plan bills all 12 months.

What percentage does Jobber take?

None of your revenue on the subscription side. Jobber Payments charges 2.9% + 30¢ for online card payments, 2.7% + 30¢ for in-person tap payments, 1% for ACH, and +1% for instant payouts. The pricing page shows the same rates on every plan.

Is Jobber worth it for a small business?

For a 1-4-truck shop living in quotes, scheduling and invoices: usually yes, at the Connect tier. The exception is a shop whose revenue leans on recurring maintenance plans; Jobber has no agreement tracking, so that side of the business still runs on a spreadsheet or a companion tool either way.

What are the disadvantages of Jobber pricing?

Intro discounts that step up to list after the promo window, non-refundable annual prepay, add-ons (Receptionist, Marketing Suite, Pipeline) priced only by quote on every plan below Plus, and a Plus tier you can't buy without a sales call. And for card-heavy shops the big line is processing, not the subscription.

What CRM is better than Jobber?

Housecall Pro is the nearest like-for-like option at similar money (its tier-by-tier costs are in the Housecall Pro pricing breakdown, and the plan-focused head-to-head is Jobber vs Housecall Pro for maintenance plans). ServiceTitan is the step up, quote-only and priced per tech, and its own users say don't switch under 4 trucks. If your only complaint is maintenance agreements, adding an agreement layer beside Jobber is cheaper than switching platforms.

Does Jobber have maintenance agreements or memberships?

No plan includes them. See the full breakdown and workaround. Deepsel adds the missing membership object and books the visits back into your Jobber calendar.
