About Deepsel

Deepsel is maintenance agreement software for HVAC, plumbing and electrical contractors with 1-4 trucks. It holds the one record your field-service software doesn't: the agreement itself. Plan, tier, covered equipment, visits owed vs delivered, card on file, renewal date, discount. From that record it charges renewals, reminds members to book their tune-ups, and warns you before a paid visit expires.

It runs beside Jobber, Housecall Pro, or a plain Google Calendar. Never instead of them. Your dispatch, quotes and invoices stay where they are. Deepsel keeps the membership book. Plans are $79 and $159 a month, flat, unlimited users.

What Deepsel is and isn't

It is a membership layer for shops with 1-4 trucks and somewhere between 50 and 500 agreements. The shops below the ServiceTitan line.

It is not a field service platform. There's no dispatch board, no estimating, no invoicing for repair work. Housecall Pro and Jobber do that well and we have no plan to compete with them.
